Exploring ideas.
We test different ideas through sketches, plans and discussion before developing a concept that reflects your lifestyle, the site and the project's potential.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Refining the design.
The preferred concept is developed in greater detail, with key decisions around planning, materials and layout resolved before moving into documentation.

PLANNING + APPROVALS
Obtaining approvals.
Where required, we prepare and coordinate planning and building approval submissions, working with consultants and authorities to move the project through the approval process.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Preparing for construction.
Detailed drawings and specifications are prepared to clearly communicate the design, support accurate pricing and provide the information needed for construction.

CONSTRUCTION
Supporting delivery.
During construction, we remain involved by responding to design queries, reviewing progress and assisting where required to help achieve the intended outcome.
